Usage:

• Thoroughly wash and dry nose
• Wetness, face creams or makeup can reduce the effectiveness of nasal strip
• Remove the protective film
• Locate the strip on the bridge of nose
• Press two ends of the strip down along the sides of the nose until the adhesive makes firm contact with each side
• Apply the nasal strips 30 minutes before starting exercise or sleeping

Warnings:

• Single use only
• Do not apply on wounded skin
• Do not use more than 12 hours at one time
